昆布【通用名称】昆布【其他名称】昆布 昆布 拼音名：Kunbu 英文名：THALLUS LAMINARIAE THALLUS ECKLONIAE 书页号：2000年版一部-168 本品为海带科植物海带Laminaria japonica Aresch. 或翅藻科植物昆布Ecklo- nia kurome Okam. 的干燥叶状体。夏、秋二季采捞，晒干。 【性状】 海带 卷曲折叠成团状，或缠结成把。全体呈黑褐色或绿褐色，表面附 有白霜。用水浸软则膨胀成扁平长带状，长50～150cm ，宽10～40cm，中部较厚，边缘 较薄而呈波状。类革质，残存柄部扁圆柱状。气腥，味咸。 昆布 卷曲皱缩成不规则团状。全体呈黑色，较薄。用水浸软则膨胀呈扁平的叶状， 长宽约为16～26cm，厚约1.6mm；两侧呈羽状深裂，裂片呈长舌状，边缘有小齿或全缘。 质柔滑。 【鉴别】 (1) 本品体厚，以水浸泡即膨胀，表面黏滑，附着透明黏液质。手捻不 分层者为海带，分层者为昆布。 (2) 取本品约10g,剪碎，加水200ml,浸泡数小时，滤过，滤液浓缩至约100ml。 取 浓缩液2～3ml，加硝酸 1滴与硝酸银试液数滴，即生成黄色乳状沉淀，在氨试液中微溶 解，在硝酸中不溶解。 【含量测定】 取本品10g,剪碎[同时另取本品测定水分（附录Ⅸ H第一法）]，精 密称定，置瓷皿中，缓缓加热炽灼，温度每上升100℃ 维持10分钟，升温至400～500℃ 时维持40分钟，取出，放冷。炽灼残渣置烧杯中，加水100ml,煮沸约5 分钟，滤过，残 渣用水重复处理2 次，每次100ml,滤过，合并滤液，残渣再用热水洗涤3 次，洗液与滤 液合并，加热浓缩至约80ml，放冷，浓缩液转移至100ml 量瓶中，加水至刻度。精密量 取 5ml，置具塞锥形瓶中，加水50ml与甲基橙指示液2 滴，滴加稀硫酸至显红色，加新 制的溴试液5ml,加热至沸，沿瓶壁加20％甲酸钠溶液5ml,再加热10～15分钟，以热水洗 瓶壁，放冷，加稀硫酸5ml 与15％碘化钾溶液5ml,立即用硫代硫酸钠滴定液(0.01mol/L) 滴定至淡黄色，加淀粉指示液1ml,继续滴定至蓝色消失。每 1ml的硫代硫酸钠滴定液( 0.01mol/L) 相当于0.2115mg的碘(Ｉ)。 本品按干燥品计算，海带含碘（Ｉ）不得少于0.35％，昆布含碘（Ｉ）不得少于0.20％。 【炮制】 除去杂质，漂净，稍晾，切宽丝，晒干。 【性味与归经】 咸，寒。归肝、胃、肾经。 【功能与主治】 软坚散结，消痰，利水。用于瘿瘤，瘰疬，睾丸肿痛，痰饮水肿。 【用法与用量】 6～12g 。 【贮藏】 置干燥处。
